FAQ

A: Everyone has a busy schedule and that is completely understandable. I do ask that if you need to cancel your appointment please do so by giving a 24 hour notice. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notice then you are subject to being charged 50% of your scheduled service. The payment will be required before booking any future appointments.
Credit card information is given when making an appointment online. Don't worry the information is encrypted and stored under your client profile.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Q: Can I bring my child?
A: For your child's safety and for the integrity of the appointment it is best to leave your children at home unless they have an appointment. If you are unable to find child care and do need to bring your child please make sure they are able to occupy themselves while you are getting your hair done. (I do have snacks for them and you!)
Q: What if I'm not 100% happy with my hair?
A: Its my job to make sure you're happy with your hair and that it's the hair that will make you feel confident in yourself. If you're unhappy please let me know within 7 days of your appointment. I will adjust anything I can about your hair to make sure you love it. With all the love in my heart, if we do discuss something in the consultation and we achieve the result you were looking for but you change your mind about wanting it, this is not considered an adjustment and maybe subject to a charge. That being said no matter what, if you are unhappy I want to at least see you again to consult about what I can do to help you love your hair.

I don't issue refunds except in extreme cases and it is to my discretion.

Q: I'm running late to my appointment, what are my options?
A: If you are running late please try and let me know. If you will be more then 15 minutes late I may or may not be able to still see you for your scheduled appointment. If I can see you its possible you might have to forfeit some of your services. (For Example: a blowdry, Haircut, or finishing style)
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: I except all major credit cards, Zelle, Apple pay, and cash (if exact amount is given, I won't have change)
